DESCRIPTION:SUDC UK Professional Award in Memory of Alexander and Isabelle Bowes.\n\nWe are delighted to introduce a very special award within our community to recognise excellence and express our heartfelt thanks to professionals who provide exceptional support to SUDC UK–registered families.⁠\n\nIf you are a registered SUDC UK parent and would like to speak to us about nominating a professional who has supported you\, please get in touch by emailing support@sudc.org.uk and she will be able to send you the application form- deadline September 2026.\n⁠\nAward Details-⁠\n⭐️Nominations are made by SUDC UK–registered families⁠\n⭐️Any joint-agency professional is eligible⁠\n⭐️Nominations recognise outstanding support and can be made at any time of year to be reviewed by SUDC UK board and awarded at conference⁠\n⭐️All nominees will be publicly recognised⁠\n⭐️Winner to receive certificate and £100 prize voucher of their choice⁠\n\nCongratulations to our 2025 Winner\, Joanne Birch\, Lead Nurse\, Lancashire.
