Autumn Retreat – 12th October 2025

This beautiful, relaxing and supportive ‘Reflect, Restore, Renew’ retreat will now be a 1 day event and will be held on the 12th October in St Katherine’s Parmoor, Frieth, Henley-on-Thames. This SUDC UK-fully-funded event (including travel) is held in memory of Autumn Garwood and provides time and space to meet, listen and share with others who have suddenly lost a child. The event is hosted by our lovely expert patron Jenni Thomas OBE, founder of Child Bereavement UK together with another bereavement expert and founder of a charity called ‘SLOW – Surviving the Loss of Our World’. There will be a session led by SUDC parent Eleanor Wroath.
